What is ANTENNA?

ANTENNA is a ground-breaking, secure and shared community cloud service, delivering Telephony, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, UC and Collaboration, developed jointly between 4net Technologies and the Prime Minister’s Office and purchased via Crown Commercial Services.

Uniquely delivered via a private and secure, cloud-based enterprise platform and hosted in a highly secure, resilient accredited Government data-centre. ANTENNA currently supports a contracted base of around 20,000 users and can save £millions of taxpayers’ money by reducing costs across the public sector.

ANTENNA is a dedicated public sector service delivered by a highly skilled team of people with many years of both SC and DV level security clearance. The ANTENNA service provides telephony, Contact Centre and Unified Communications across the public sector, delivering digital transformation to enable better ways of working for all government departments.
